Salon Etiquette
Arriving. Please arrive in good time, especially if its your first appointment, as you may be required to complete a health questionnaire. There will always be a magazine and complimentary refreshments available if you are early.
Late Arrivals. As a courtesy to other clients, late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time at the normal price.
Cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or re-book an appointment otherwise, unfortunately, a 50% cancellation charge will be necessary.
Deposits. Deposits will be required on longer appointments such as bridal hair and can be paid over the telephone.
Mobile phones. For the consideration of all our clients, we appreciate mobile phones being switched off during your visit.
